Pharmaceutical organization seeks experienced professional to lead maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate practices.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe accomplishment of activities in accordance with statutory, environmental, and regulatory practices.
- Contribute to equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
- Develop and manage maintenance procedures and equipment files.
- Develop and manage critical equipment lists.
- Optimize site preventive maintenance programs.
- Develop and manage condition monitoring programs.
- Analyze equipment data to report on equipment performance.
- Develop and implement latest maintenance approaches and techniques.
- Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by leadership.
- Optimize costs while driving department performance.
- Report to maintenance lead and site leadership as required.
- Familiarize with daily activities in all areas of the maintenance department.
- Rotate with other positions in the department as required.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
- Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls, or utilities engineering.
- Reliability and/or maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP.
- Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM, or FMECA.
