Elusavrecruitment seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer for a leading Global Biopharmaceutical in Cork, Ireland, to spearhead maintenance and reliability strategies.
As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing maintenance and reliability strategies to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment FMEA exercises to refine and enhance maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to adopt and share best practices.
- Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee quality compliance and ensure all activities align with regulations.
- Champion a culture of reliability and optimization.
- Engage in the change management process and oversee site maintenance service contracts.
- Oversight of new equipment introduction to ensure maintenance readiness.
Requirements:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in CAPA, FMEA, and RCA tools within a highly regulated operational environment.
- A track record of creative problem-solving and decisive action-taking.
