About Your New Job As a Maintenance Technician in our Engineering Department, your role is crucial in maintaining equipment to the highest standards. You'll troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions, propose effective solutions, and ensure compliance with FDA, IMB, GMP, Safety, and Environmental legislation. Your responsibilities will include: Execute maintenance and calibration tasks through the site CMMS. Support the Maintenance Excellence program, ensuring planned maintenance schedules are met. Engage with the Reliability Engineer in deploying the Maintenance Excellence program. Maintain plant and equipment, completing all documentation in a GMP compliant manner. Contribute to the drive for reliability excellence and the deployment of the PdM program. Identify and maintain spare parts, tools, and assist in preparing/updating SOPs. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. Lead in maintaining plant electrical power supply, distribution, PLC control, and instrumentation systems. Become familiar with all process and utility equipment. What Skills You Need Craft Qualification in electrical or mechanical trades. 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
