Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing asset management within designated areas, ensuring the technical team possesses a thorough understanding of all equipment and systems. This is achieved through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring. The role may also involve responsibility for human resources, financial oversight, and collaboration with other key functions. Work Experience Proven track record of achieving high performance and delivering results. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. Extensive project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives to completion. Skilled in influencing within a matrixed organization, both with direct and indirect authority. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and engage others. Capable of working effectively with employees at all organizational levels. Experienced in planning and managing change in fast-paced work environments. Strong ability to teach, mentor, and coach team members. Preferred experience with SAP Next / PM systems. Preferred experience with Calibration systems. Previous exposure to ATEX environments is an advantage. Familiarity with planned preventative and proactive maintenance approaches. Strong knowledge and experience with Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety standards. Skills Strong analytical skills and experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Familiar with GMP requirements within regulated industries. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and lead high-performing technical teams. Self-driven with a strong desire for continuous learning and taking ownership. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Methodical and process-oriented approach to work.
