Maintenance Systems Co-ordinator Role Jabil Bray On site role. Responsibilities; Coordinate and prioritize the daily maintenance activities of the tooling and moulding equipment as called out by the maintenance system in line with operational, quality and health & safety work instructions, procedures and policies. Ensure a robust system of mould tool spares management is in place and adhered too. Manage customer maintenance budgets and report quarterly maintenance budget performance Coordinate / prioritize the maintenance activities of tooling and moulding equipment in conjunction with relevant departments Ensuring that any disruption to production plan is minimized through careful liaison with planning team and work cell impacted. Lead the use of lean tools to drive continuous improvement and process reliability. Manage assigned metrics and present at lean board on monthly cycle. Provide input/feedback to continuously improve lean wall. Support customer weekly/monthly update calls by providing updates in a standard template format. Manage the mould tool spare parts inventory system through assigning of all parts used and scheduled stock takes as appropriate. All activities to be performed in strict accordance with the Quality Management System. Implement all health and safety requirements including LOTO procedures and maintain any work area in a neat and orderly condition. Education/Training/Experience: Fetac Level 6, 7 or equivalent preferable Degree in Engineering preferred or 8 years+ working within medical device manufacturing support role with strong focus on scheduling and organization. Experience implementing/developing a maintenance system is desirable preferably in CMMS Experience of technical practices, terminology and methods Understanding of planning and scheduling workloads. Excellent interpersonal skills and IT proficiency High level of safe working practices and awareness with strong adherence to change management procedures and cGMP requirements.
