Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operations and maintain machinery efficiency and safety standards in a Mayo-based manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report maintenance issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage the Preventative Maintenance System to ensure efficient machinery and service planning.
- Evaluate breakdowns, provide management with clear information on repair timelines and cleaning needs.
- Ensure machinery and lubricants pose no risk to food or packaging safety.
- Maintain strict adherence to the company's Tool Control Policy.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Manage stock inventory and ensure delivery dockets are matched with invoices.
- Proactively address potential machine issues to minimize downtime and repetitive repairs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Fitter or similar trade qualification is required.
