Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of advanced manufacturing equipment in a global leader in MedTech sector.

Maintenance Technician
Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the best possible standards of equipment maintenance, safety, and production of life-changing medical technologies.
- Carry out machine maintenance in accordance with machine maintenance schedules.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner and to the correct standards.
- Installation of and moving of machines and equipment when necessary.
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance of all areas of the company.
- Dryer and compressor maintenance of all areas of the company.
- Emergency maintenance due to machine breakdown.
- Identification, ordering, and fitting of spare parts.
- Maintain a stock of critical machine and business spare parts.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, following, and performing job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs.
Requirements
- Qualification in electrical, mechanical, or automation, or equivalent experience.
- Experience of documentation and maintenance systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid work permit in Ireland is required for this role.
