Rhomberg Sersa Ireland is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their Operations and Maintenance Department. This role involves working on a fleet of 14 On Track Machines, requiring a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain OTMs to Manufacturers Vehicle Maintenance Instructions (VMI).
- Carry out fault finding and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and electronic systems associated with the OTM fleet.
- Work on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Contribute to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Be flexible and work around a roster that includes some weekends, bank holidays, and night work.
- Lead and mentor trainee Workshop Field Technicians.
- Occasionally operate machines where the workload dictates.
Requirements:
- Recognised Qualification as a Construction Plant Fitter, Motor Mechanic, or Electrician with a good safety record.
- Ability to work to timescales / deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Hold a full, current EU driving licence.
- Computer proficiency.

- Pay: €56,500.00-€65,000.00 per year.
- Additional Pay: Overtime pay.
