Maintenance Technician - Permanent Opportunity
Experienced Maintenance Technician required to work as part of a team in a busy plastics manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving with the engineering team.
- Introduction and validation of new tooling.
- Maintenance of work areas and adherence to safety procedures.
- Day-to-day maintenance of production lines.
- Troubleshooting equipment and machines.
- Ensuring product meets quality and dimensional requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Support for new tool design and development.
- Preventative maintenance of machines and equipment.
Requirements:
- Mechanical, Automation, Maintenance or Fitter Craft Certificate.
- Good general knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in factory/manufacturing environment.
This is a permanent contract position with a 4 cycle shift pattern.
