In this role you will be responsible for providing operational, maintenance and troubleshooting support for manufacturing process area maintenance through strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP's. The successful candidate will be required to work 24/7 shift which includes day & night shift. As a Maintenance Technician a typical shift might include, but is not limited to, the following: Performing daily operations, maintenance and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment and building systems in a cGMP environment with minimal supervision Ensuring safe and efficient hands-on maintenance of all plant manufacturing equipment and related support equipment with strict adherence to SOPs, cGMPs and quality standards Identifying any off-nominal conditions with mechanical equipment and mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing/utility equipment in a clean room environment Performing daily Work Orders and PMs and efficiently coordinate the workflow and documentation of PMs and WOs Troubleshooting the electrical equipment during off-nominal conditions Adhering to and remain current in assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings as related to positional and department responsibilities; maintaining an up-to-date training file to ensure compliance Following safety rules and ensuring compliance; specifically responsible system repairs, upkeep, maintenance and operations managed within regulating agencies Interpreting P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, specifications in planning, performing maintenance and repairs Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained through adherence to safety guidelines and policies This role might be for you if: You have strong analytical and organizational skills You prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of your work, strictly adhering to SOPs, cGMPs and quality standards You are committed to maintaining a safe work environment You are comfortable to work in a fast-paced setting To be considered for this opportunity you should have a qualification to National Craft Standard and minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a regulated environment.
