This role involves maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Collaborate with production teams to support operational goals and ensure minimal disruption during shifts. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance. Qualifications and Skills: Trade certification or relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
