Supervise the maintenance and performance of machinery and equipment. Plan and carry out regular inspections, renovations, and preventative maintenance. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all machines and devices. Monitor and report on key maintenance indicators. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the safety and efficiency of machinery. Oversee maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory. Participate in new machinery implementations and investment projects. Collaborate with external service providers. Engage in projects focused on continuous improvement. Profile: Willing to take on increased responsibilities and adapt to future three-shift work. Team player with strong communication skills and commitment to goals. Knowledgeable in electricity, automation, mechanics, and pneumatics. Qualifications & Skills: Fully qualified with a FETAC Advanced Certificate Level 6 - National Craft Certificate). Previous experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment. Technical understanding of machinery and equipment.
