Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Clare to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of processes within the plant.
- Supervise the maintenance and performance of machinery and equipment.
- Plan and carry out regular inspections, renovations, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all machines and devices.
- Monitor and report on key maintenance indicators.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the safety and efficiency of machinery.
- Oversee maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory.
- Participate in new machinery implementations and investment projects.
- Collaborate with external service providers.
- Engage in projects focused on continuous improvement.
Profile: A team player with strong communication skills and commitment to goals, willing to take on increased responsibilities and adapt to future schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fully qualified with a FETAC Advanced Certificate Level 6 - National Craft Certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Technical understanding of machinery and equipment.
