• Ensure the quality and efficiency of processes
• Supervise the maintenance and performance of machinery and equipment
• Plan and carry out regular inspections, renovations, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all machines and devices
• Monitor and report on key maintenance indicators
**Profile:**
• Willing to take on increased responsibilities and adapt to future three-shift work
• Team player with strong communication skills and commitment to goals
• Knowledgeable in electricity, automation, mechanics, and pneumatics
**Qualifications & Skills:**
• Fully qualified with a FETAC Advanced Certificate Level 6 - National Craft Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment
• Technical understanding of machinery and equipment
