Job Description
**Job Summary:** Maintenance Technician responsible for operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for utilities, facilities, HVAC & building systems in a c GMP environment. Within this role, you will be responsible for: * Performing daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utilities, WFI, clean steam, bulk gases, bulk chemicals, process water generation, boilers, chillers, chemical dosing systems, cooling towers, air compressors, LPHW skids, waste water treatment, biowaste inactivation skids, or other mechanical equipment. * Monitoring and interpreting readings on equipment, computer terminals/HMIs, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions. * Identifying any off-nominal conditions with mechanical and electrical equipment. * Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational & maintenance issues. * Performing daily work orders and PMs and efficiently coordinating the workflow and documentation of PMs and WOs. * Coordinating and supervising vendor maintenance activities. * Ensuring safe and efficient hands-on maintenance with strict adherence to SOP's, c GMP's, and quality standards. * Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained by adherence to Safety Systems such as COHE/LOTO, Permit to Work, Method Statements / Risk Assessments. * Adhering to and remaining current in assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings as related to positional and department responsibilities. * Adhering to site standards & programmes (e.g. SCC (Site safety, cleanliness, compliance), 5 S). * Analyzing problems and taking appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems. * Following current good manufacturing practices (c GMPs) and good business practices (G). **Requirements:** * National Craft Standard qualification * Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role * Self-sufficient and able to manage responsibilities independently * Logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of utility systems, manufacturing equipment * Comfortable performing tasks with minimal supervision **About Regeneron:** Regeneron is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion or belief (or lack thereof), sex, nationality, national or ethnic origin, civil status, age, citizenship status, membership of the Traveler community, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, familial status, marital or registered civil partnership status, pregnancy or parental status, gender identity, gender reassignment, military or veteran status, or any other protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
