**Job Summary** Maintenance Technician (Utilities) required to provide operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for utilities, facilities, HVAC & building systems in a cGMP environment. **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician (Utilities), you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of utilities, facilities, HVAC & building systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Performing daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utilities, WFI, clean steam, bulk gases, bulk chemicals, process water generation, boilers, chillers, chemical dosing systems, cooling towers, air compressors, LPHW skids, waste water treatment, biowaste inactivation skids, or other mechanical equipment * Monitoring and interpreting readings on equipment, computer terminals/HMIs, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions * Identifying off-nominal conditions with mechanical and electrical equipment * Troubleshooting and problem-solving operational and maintenance issues * Performing daily work orders and PMs, and coordinating workflow and documentation of PMs and WOs * Coordinating and supervising vendor maintenance activities * Ensuring safe and efficient hands-on maintenance with strict adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, and quality standards * Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to Safety Systems such as COHE/LOTO, Permit to Work, Method Statements/Risk Assessments * Adhering to and remaining current in assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings * Analyzing problems and taking appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems **Requirements** * National Craft Standard qualification * Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role * Self-sufficient and able to manage responsibilities independently * Logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of utility systems and manufacturing equipment **About Regeneron** Regeneron is an equal opportunity employer and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees.
