Job Title: Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics/Fitters) Location: Offaly-Permanent Company information: A growing pharmaceutical company Role Profile CREGG are seeking experienced HGV Mechanics/Fitters/Electricians to join our Offaly based client as Maintenance Technicians on a permanent basis. The role is a swing shift Monday-Friday involving 1 week of days followed by 1 week of evenings. Shift Pattern: Week1: 8am - 4pm Mon - Thursday8am - 3pm Fri Week 2:4pm - 12.10am Mon-Thursday3pm - 9.10pm Fri Responsibilities Required to take a lead role in the maintenance or upgrade of equipment May be required to perform the role of a mentor to new hires / apprentices Must be competent in reading mechanical drawing packages Ideally have a knowledge of pneumatics Identify issues and relay information to management Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirement. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Must have qualifications in the trades of Fitter/Mechanic/Electrician with 2 years work experience Good technical capabilities, communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative. Proven ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimum supervision Good communication skills combined with an imaginative and creative approach to problem solving.
