Job Description

Serve as a Major Incident Manager for Citi's Business Command Center in Dublin, coordinating incident response, communication, and escalation to minimize client impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Major Incidents, Cyber Events, and Ops Risk Events impacting Citi's ICG business or clients
  • Facilitate coordination, communication, and escalation of incidents
  • Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams
  • Monitor ServiceNow dashboard and incident metrics
  • Use knowledge and experience to determine impact, severity, and ownership
  • Manage incident recovery teams and ensure effective communication throughout the incident life cycle
  • Contribute to developing quality analytics for senior leaders

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in cash management or securities business
  • Major Incident or crisis management experience (ITIL Foundation Certification preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of program or project management
  • Experience working with global or multi-regional teams
  • BA or BS degree or relevant work experience
