Job Description
Serve as a Major Incident Manager for Citi's Business Command Center in Dublin, coordinating incident response, communication, and escalation to minimize client impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Major Incidents, Cyber Events, and Ops Risk Events impacting Citi's ICG business or clients
- Facilitate coordination, communication, and escalation of incidents
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams
- Monitor ServiceNow dashboard and incident metrics
- Use knowledge and experience to determine impact, severity, and ownership
- Manage incident recovery teams and ensure effective communication throughout the incident life cycle
- Contribute to developing quality analytics for senior leaders
Requirements:
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in cash management or securities business
- Major Incident or crisis management experience (ITIL Foundation Certification preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of program or project management
- Experience working with global or multi-regional teams
- BA or BS degree or relevant work experience
