Management Accountant for a successful Automotive Sector firm. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role involves accounting and reporting, sales and margin reconciliation, and budgeting. Key responsibilities include VAT returns, internal fleet car pricing, dealer payments, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate has an accountancy qualification, strong analytical skills, and experience with financial IT systems. They must be deadline driven, able to prioritize work effectively, and communicate clearly as part of a team.
- Key responsibilities:
- Account for all divisions and be the point of contact.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, reconcile and analyze sales and margin data.
- Review costings and sponsorship agreements.
- Participate in annual audits and ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain internal controls, cover administrative tasks, and maintain relationships with external partners and colleagues.
- Ideal candidate:
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Deadline driven and able to prioritize work effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial IT systems.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach.
