My client, a leading international business, seek a recently qualified accountant with 0-2 years PQE for this commercially focused Management Accountant role. You will work within a collaborative and supportive finance team, and engage with non finance stakeholders building strong commercial as well as financial experience. The company's head office is in Dublin, but they offer hybrid working so may suit somebody living outside of Dublin. This position may suit somebody currently working in a similar role within an Irish or International business or perhaps somebody coming from a professional services business looking for a non client facing role. Ideally you may will started your career within an accountancy firm, before moving to industry. The Role: Preparation of Monthly KPIs and Management Accounts. Report on variances to budget and provide revenue and expense analysis as required. Support the business partnering process to relevant business units to provide support on financial and non financial information. Planning and coordination of year end audits and statutory accounts preparation. Working on cross-functional special project teams as required; including operational improvements and increasing efficiency. Conducting balance sheet reviews Act as key point of contact for business units in relation to queries on KPIs/Management accounts. Working with the wider finance team to deliver finance strategy objectives. Any other relevant projects as required by Leadership team. The Person Qualified Accountant with 0-2 years PQE within a professional services / accounting firm or industry. Team player with the ability to work as part of a team, delivering accountability, collaboration, leadership and influencing as required; Focused individual with drive and motivation to progress their career. Commercially focused with financial analysis skills; Ability to collaborate with business unit leaders and other senior professionals across the business; Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
