HireForce is working with a global manufacturing company to find a Management Accountant. The role will report into the Financial Controller. The Management Accountant will be responsible for partnering with plant and financial leaders to meet organizational goals, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring the execution of financial processes, policies, and programs. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts to tight corporate deadlines Preparation of budgets and forecasts, variance analysis Development of KPIs and reporting of same Manage finance team and work closely with senior management to develop the business Ensure accuracy of inventory, assess for potential obsolescence and excess stock Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs including financial performance and annual budgets Reconciliation of intercompany accounts Cashflow management Manage the preparation of statutory financial accounts and audit Other ad hoc tasks Key Criteria: Qualification Accountant, ideally with industry experience, but my client will look at practice accountant Remuneration: Competitive Remuneration package If the role isnt for you, if you are happy with the level of service youve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
