A leading Insurance brokerage currently in the middle of a growth phase! The Company: A leading Insurance Broker, which has offices nationwide and close to 500 employees across Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts for submission to CFO and Group level. Respond to group reporting queries in a timely manner. Maintaining and reconciling the company trial balance. Assist with the external audit, preparation of annual budget, maintaining the cash flow forecast and assist in managing the accounts payable function. Support the efficient running of both the finance department and the company by identifying possible process improvements and either assisting or leading projects to help drive efficiencies. Your Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) A relevant honours degree (Accounting / Business). Minimum of 3 years experience in an industry based finance role with a broad knowledge of accounts preparation, tax and audit. Strong end user computing skills in particular MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and be able to demonstrate through courses or work experience the aptitude to upskill with new systems.
