Sanderson are partnering with a Semi State Body to recruit for a Management Accountant, hybrid working in the Dublin office. The Management Accountant will assist in the management of the financial control requirements for the business within the department, covering budgetary control, financial planning, forecast management, periodic reporting, and capital projects analysis. Key Responsibilities Provide periodic financial reports for internal and external use Analysis and preparation of periodic accruals Finance management of business units Produce periodic variance analysis reports Periodic review of balance sheet accounts Budget, Forecast & 5 Year Planning preparation Preparation and completion of financial year-end tasks Ensure effective internal controls operate within the business unit Identify & document improvements to control processes & procedures Capital project financial and administrative reviews Provide financial analysis to Project Managers on business performance Periodic reports for contract financial management, performance analysis, and any associated administrative work Provide information in accordance with the agreed reporting calendar Responses to audit queries from both external and internal bodies Engage and contribute to design, planning, and user acceptance testing of new systems Qualifications and Experience required Professional Accounting Qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA with at least 7 years PQE Proven IT skills & knowledge of SAP Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability in preparing high-quality, timely, and consistent financial reports for internal and external use Ability to lead, take ownership of projects, and show initiative Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and change management issues Knowledge of the SAP Financial and Controlling modules For more information contact Elaine Liston in Sanderson on or apply online for more information.
