A permanent and progressive accounting role reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be preparing, developing and analysing financial information, to allow the organisation to make well-informed decisions. This is a great opportunity to join a leading and entrepreneurial manufacturing group. This is an office based role. Role Overview As a Management Accountant with this leading organization, you will play a crucial role in preparing, developing, and analysing financial information to support strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle R&D Tax Credit Claims, calculate annual and ad hoc standard costing, reviewing and ensuring the update of BOMs, monitor variances to standard costs & Job costing. You will support internal and external audits when required and provide support for the Finance team with regards monthly finance close process, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and income statement analysis and VAT processes and ensure financial processes are in line with company standards. Your Profile To excel in this role, you should be a qualified professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 3-5 years PQE, have strong MS Excel skills and a knack for financial systems. Your proactive and hands-on approach, coupled with your willingness to learn and adapt, will make you an invaluable asset to the team. Experience within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous but not essential.
