Management Accountant Galway Position Description This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the finance function of a leading Manufacturing company in Galway. Key Responsibilities: Work with the team of Accountants who prepare and maintain detailed cost models for a large range of manufactured products Gain a detailed knowledge of the products, processes and associated aspects relating to production Liaise with multiple department SMEs to gather key data and confirm correct assumptions used in compiling cost models for new products in R&D pipeline and contract manufacture opportunities Monitor changes in cost drivers and calculate impact to individual product ranges Perform periodic standard cost updates & cost of sales review Monthly material supplier pricing movement review Detailed analysis of direct labour and overhead Inventory reconciliation and reporting Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience About our Client Our client is a leading Manufacturing company in Galway.
