FRS are partnering with a successful business who is recognised from across the globe for their success in the sporting industry. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Accountant or Part-Qualified with demonstrated experience in playing a key role in the management of financial reporting and maintaining control accounts. Responsibilities: Processing of month end including reconciling control accounts Ensure costs are allocated correctly and provide reporting and analysis on the general ledger Prepare detailed reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis Vat Returns preparation for review Assist with the year end statutory accounts preparation and audit Manage the Fixed Assets Register Work with the Warehouse Manager to carry out Inventory Control Assist with cashflow reporting and budgeting Support strategic growth and continuous reporting on performance Key player in driving continuous improvement for financial reporting Contribute to other commercial & financial projects and requirements as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant or Part-Qualified with relevant practical experience Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Keen interest in contributing to process improvement Self-motivated, analytical and commercial/ entrepreneurial mindset If you are interested in this role - please apply with your most recent CV to Ciara Lawler for immediate consideration.
