Job Description
Management Accountant sought to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational initiatives to enhance profitability, efficiency, and cash flow in a growing Medical Device industry organisation. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, managing performance reporting, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Key qualifications include a fully qualified accounting qualification, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency in IT systems such as SAP.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity.
* Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
* Oversee short-term and long-term financial planning.
* Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
* Improve cash flow, pricing models, and cost-saving processes.
* Participate in and lead operational initiatives.
* Manage the Manufacturing Finance Plan.
* Prepare product and project margin reports.
**Key Competencies and Qualifications:**
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proven track record of driving P&L, budgeting, and key organisational metrics.
* Self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
