**Management Accountant Role Summary:** A senior finance professional is sought to drive financial performance and strategic direction in a prominent medical device company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity across finance and business units.
- Manage performance reporting, comparing results against budget and operational objectives.
- Oversee short-term and long-term financial planning to support company growth.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Improve cash flow, pricing models, and cost-saving processes.
- Participate in operational initiatives, system upgrades, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage the Manufacturing Finance Plan.
- Prepare product and project margin reports.
- Engage with cross-functional leadership to align site-level priorities with company objectives.
**Key Qualifications and Competencies:**
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and improving operational efficiency.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, operational focus.
