Key Role Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of monthly payrolls for our 500 employees.
- Checking, reviewing, and inputting of payroll data for accuracy, ensuring that
deadlines are met.
- Liaising and managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers.
- Responsibility of processing and reconciliation of employee pension payments
- Responsibility of processing and reconciliation of employee Health Care BIK and
payment to health care providers.
- Responsible for processing and reconciliation of bank transfers and funding to support
payroll payments runs.
- Support managers and employees with payroll queries and manage outcomes.
- Complete registrations and audits for new hires and manage employee exits from a
payroll perspective.
- Calculating and processing any intercompany payroll recharges.
- Calculate bonuses and allowances.
- Report on payroll expenses in compliance with the Enhance Reporting Requirements.
- Ensure salaries and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Finance and P&C

Education, Qualifications and Skills required
- A minimum of an Accounting Technician or Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) or equivalent
qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong knowledge in Irish Income Tax.
- Customer service experience and focus on excellence.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with international payroll is a plus but not essential.
