We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our client, a non-profit organisation based in Dublin 7, on a full-time permanent basis. You will provide financial support and insight across various business areas, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis and supporting decision-making. This position offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the office. Key Responsibilities: Review monthly financial performance of business units, conducting cost analysis and identifying areas for improvement. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary. Update and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring accessibility for budget holders via SharePoint. Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with directors and management. Participate in project groups, offering financial advice and insights on new initiatives. Provide financial support for key departments, including Fundraising and HR, through analysis and reporting. Requirements: Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with non-financial stakeholders. Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
