Management Accountant - Construction - North Dublin The Company Our client is a well known and highly successful construction company based in North Dublin. They are currently hiring a Management Accountant to join their head office finance team. This position is perfect for a motivated finance professional who is eager to make an impact within a fast-paced, dynamic industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to drive the financial strategy and performance of the business. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate across departments and with senior management to provide key financial insights and information. Oversee the accuracy and functionality of accounting systems and contribute to their improvement. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Help in the design and implementation of financial policies and systems to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and analyse financial data related to costs and revenues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including payroll taxes, VAT, and RCT, across the organisation. Support the audit process and assist in managing year-end financial activities. Provide expertise in areas specific to construction finance and assist in addressing industry-specific financial matters. Offer support to the payroll team as needed. Qualifications and experience required: Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) Previous experience in construction is essential.
