The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services and are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the business. Role Overview: As a Part-Time Management Accountant, you will support the financial processes, focusing on cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting to help drive efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and provide financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Interpret data from monthly reports to identify opportunities for business improvement. Make recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. Present financial findings and recommendations to the board. Be an active team member, contributing to business-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent). Experience in manufacturing is desirable. Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently and be a proactive team player.
