Management Systems Specialist/ Quality Analyst 6 Months Temporary Contract About the Company My client is a well-known public sector organisation, currently seeking multiple candidates forManagement Systems Specialist / Quality Analyst roles. About the Position This will initially be a 6 Month temporary contract with high likelihood of extension or converting to permanent. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are going through a huge transformation and the role will provide great exposure and opportunities. This role requires an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Provide support, including developing procedures relation to ISO Management Systems Support the tender evaluation process in relation to Quality Scoring Develop audit plans and schedules Execute the Audit process as per approved plans and schedules, ensuring correct protocols and procedures are adhered to by the wider business Complete audit findings and audit reports Support the Corrective Action/Preventative Action Process Support any management system or quality projects as required Other duties as may be required from time-to-time Experience/Requirements ISO Quality Background with knowledge of scoring tenders, audit and CAPA processes. 3 + years experience in a similar role Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable Knowledge of Quality Systems in particular ISO9001 Knowledge of Audit and CAPA Processes Ideally a background in quality management systems or other ISO management systems such as safety or Energy Remuneration Package Competitive salary, hybrid working options and generous annual leave.
