Recruiting Manager

Rippling seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters responsible for scaling Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops, and G&A functions in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of recruiters to scale Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops, and G&A functions in the EMEA region
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent for the company
  • Partner with Business Leaders to align on hiring needs and leverage sourcing focus to impact business outcomes
  • Analyze data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top-of-funnel engagement
  • Advise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies and contribute to overall TA initiatives and leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting
  • Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating with virtual teams
  • Ability to leverage technology to drive results and manage performance
  • Strong data and reporting skills, with a desire to work with recruiting metrics
  • Track record of successfully identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talent
  • Innovative thinking and continuous improvement approaches

This is a player-coach role that requires the Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters, while also managing requisitions and contributing to overall TA initiatives and leadership.
