Recruiting Manager EMEA Region

Rippling is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters in the EMEA region, responsible for scaling Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops, and G&A functions.

About the Role

  • Manage a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and engage top talent for the company.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to align on hiring needs and leverage sourcing focus.
  • Collaborate with the Business Sourcing team to align on best practices and identify function-specific needs.
  • Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplines.
  • Analyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnel.
  • Advise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence.
  • Help define and evaluate recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting.
  • People Leadership experience, either directly via people management, or via mentoring and being a team SME, go-to leader.
  • Experience collaborating with, and partnering with, virtual teams, and preferably global teams.
  • Desire and ability to build, create, move fast, execute.
  • Ability to genuinely empathize with your team, while also setting a high bar for performance.
  • Strong data and report skills with a desire to work with data and recruiting metrics.
  • A track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talent.
  • Innovative thinking and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Project management skills to drive bigger picture initiatives and changes, with multiple stakeholders, across the line.
  • Experience using Industry Leading recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates.
