Recruiting Manager EMEA

Job Summary:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for scaling Rippling's Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops and G&A functions in the EMEA region, while also managing requisitions in a player-coach role.

About the Job

As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent for the company. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders to align on hiring needs, and collaborate with the business sourcing team to leverage best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of recruiters to scale Rippling's Sales, Marketing, CX, Ops, and G&A functions in the EMEA region
  • Partner with business leaders to align on hiring needs and leverage sourcing focus
  • Collaborate with the business sourcing team to align on best practices and identify function-specific needs
  • Develop creative strategies and messaging to engage top-of-funnel talent across disciplines
  • Drive data integrity and hygiene to inform and influence the overall recruiting strategy
  • Analyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnel
  • Advise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies using external market insights and intelligence
  • Help define and evaluate recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience in business recruiting
  • People leadership experience, either directly via people management or via mentoring and being a team SME
  • Experience collaborating with virtual teams, preferably global teams
  • Ability to genuinely empathize with your team while also setting a high bar for performance
  • Strong data and reporting skills with a desire to work with data and recruiting metrics
  • Innovative thinking and continuous improvement approaches
  • Project management skills to drive bigger picture initiatives and changes with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using industry-leading recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
