Client Relationship Manager Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their funds are managed in accordance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and perform ongoing oversight of their funds to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.
  • Generate regular and exception-based reporting for each Fund Board to enable its Directors and the Management Company to fulfill their governance obligations.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with fund delegates, including Investment Managers, Administrators, and Depositaries.
  • Actively participate in the review process of the initial and ongoing Due Diligence of delegates.
  • Ensure all funds have up-to-date policies and procedures that reflect ongoing regulatory developments and other requirements as determined by the Fund Boards.
  • Ensure the review of KPIs from all delegates and participate in the sign-off on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate and oversee fund financial reports, prepare reports for the Board of Directors of the Fund/Management Company, and ensure Risk and Valuation work is undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Support the client on-boarding process, generate, review, and sign off exceptional and regular Board reporting, and attend Board meetings of clients.
  • Proactively manage service commitments and Client expectations, maintain and/or review all client data, and prepare presentation materials for client visits.
  • Assist with capital requirements supervision, review the Carne budget to ensure appropriate client billing, and follow up on payment.
