Job Description
Job Summary: Experienced fund professionals to manage client relationships in Ireland for Carne Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios and perform ongoing oversight on funds to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.
- Generate regular and exception-based reporting for Fund Boards to enable Directors and Management Company to fulfill their governance obligations.
- Maintain excellent relationships with fund delegates, including Investment Managers, Administrators, and Depositaries.
- Participate in Due Diligence reviews and ensure delegates operate in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate service delivery across Carne teams and support client on-boarding process.
- Generate, review, and sign off Board reports to inform Directors on Fund compliance and highlight any issues.
- Attend Board meetings, present reports, and ensure actions are progressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in the Fund industry, with a solid background in UCITS and AIFs.
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Access (VBA skills considered as an advantage).
- Experience in managing multiple clients, project management, planning, and organisation skills.
- Fluency in English with a high standard of written English.
