Commercial Finance Business Partner

Summary: Lead a team to drive business performance, capability development, and engagement across key stakeholder groups in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner will lead and manage a team dedicated to ensuring implementation and delivery of best practice in the areas of management reporting, performance measurement, decision support, financial forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team in planning, preparation and analysis of the bank's annual budget, forecasts and medium-term plan.
• Collaborate with the business to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Irish banking market, including regulatory changes, economic trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5+ years PQE and significant experience in interpreting financial information.
• Proven experience in Retail and Business Banking, with a strong understanding of the Irish banking market.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
