**Compliance Manager for Third Party Management Company Service** Northern Trust, a globally recognized financial institution, seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its third party management company service in Ireland. **About Northern Trust** Northern Trust is a Fortune 500 company with over 130 years of financial experience, serving the world's most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service. Our Ireland team is part of the International Compliance team and works closely with regional and global compliance partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute day-to-day PCF-12 responsibilities for the regulated third party management company services business * Work alongside the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance * Support the relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland and serve as the primary point of contact for corporate compliance matters * Maintain and embed a comprehensive compliance framework for NTFSIL, leveraging the Northern Trust Group compliance framework * Deliver the annual Compliance Programme of work for the legal entity * Act as subject matter expert on regulations impacting Northern Trust as a regulated financial services entity in Ireland * Work closely with the NTFSIL Board of Directors and Senior Management team **Requirements** * Extensive compliance, regulatory or risk experience * Strong knowledge of how fund service providers operate * Experience in managing the relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland or other regulator * Successful track record in delivering a compliance program for a regulated entity * Strong emotional intelligence, collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders * Ability to think strategically and navigate complex organizations * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Highly motivated and resilient **Working with Us** As a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture in an organization where financial strength and stability is an asset that emboldens us to explore new ideas.
