**Northern Trust is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee the third-party management company service, Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities for the regulated third-party management company services business, Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited.
  • Work alongside the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance.
  • Support the relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland and serve as the primary point of contact for corporate compliance matters.
  • Maintain and embed a comprehensive compliance framework for Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited.
  • Deliver the annual Compliance Programme of work for the legal entity.
  • Act as subject matter expert on the regulations impacting Northern Trust as a regulated financial services entity in Ireland.
  • Work closely with the Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited Board of Directors and Senior Management team.
  • Act as trusted advisor, providing constructive engagement and challenge on core activities and advising on group-wide compliance initiatives.
  • Assist the Ireland Compliance team with other aspects of the Northern Trust compliance framework.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive compliance, regulatory, or risk experience.
  • Experience in managing the relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland or other regulator.
  • Successful track record in delivering a compliance program for a regulated entity.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Able to think strategically, navigate, and communicate effectively across a complex organization.
  • Highly motivated and resilient.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in making decisions and addressing conflict.
  • Able to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
