Identifying risks associated with the appointment of the Investment Manager proposing mitigating actions.Produce and present clear, concise due diligence reports in line with market standards and regulatory requirements for review by senior management on the team and approval by the relevant Conducting Officers / Designated Persons / Authorised Corporate Directors.Build rapport with Investment Managers to identify potential commercial opportunities and development points.Contribute to the overall development of the investment manager due diligence through championing effective work processes and collaborating on commercial opportunities.Provide training and support to junior members of the teamAttend various internal meetings to provide updates on the due diligence program statusAny other ad hoc tasks / projects which may be assignedWhat Competencies do you require?Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPointProject management, planning and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to take ownership of problems and initiative to resolve them. Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work either independently and/or as part of a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public and foster strong relationships.Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to analyse complex issues and a wide variety of documents (e.g., financial statements, ISAE 320 reports).
