We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial reporting team and supporting the delivery of our mission to shape the future of clinical development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of financial professionals and develop a strong customer-centric culture within the team
- Responsible for reviewing and delivering full monthly management accounts, trial balances, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Develop and implement financial processes to ensure SOX compliance
- Liaise with local financial and taxation advisors as required
- Build and maintain relationships with finance and non-finance teams
Requirements
- Qualification from an internationally recognized accounting body (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting, tax, or operational support of a business
- Experience of leading a team and delivering results
- Strong oral and written communication skills
