We are currently seeking a Manager of Financial Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager of Financial Business Partnering at ICON you will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and contributing to the financial success of our organization. What You Will Be Doing: Develop, prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts including budget reconciliations and supporting analysis for your business unit portfolio Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary Work with Operational leadership and their senior leadership team to develop and build annual budgets Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets Present business case studies to senior leadership in support of capital expenditures Present monthly forecast and business unit metrics to senior leadership team Align with Commercial Affairs in support of material pricings and partnership opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization, and driving initiatives to achieve financial targets Providing leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Finance lead for ad hoc project work in business unit. Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers on our commitment to people, clients and performance. What you will need: Qualified Financial Professional aligned to Irish body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA Ireland) 3 years' experience managing teams of at least 2 people Bachelor's Degree, or local equivalent, in related field or equivalent Solid academic record and strong quantitative skills Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives Prior relevant experience in financial business partnering role or equivalent is preferred, but not required Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry Excellent ability in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint required Prior experience with Hyperion consolidation tool an advantage What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
