Visit our Pin Flex landing page to learn more.In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing privacy programs to safeguard Pinterest products and assets.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks in products, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and standards, and staying updated on the latest privacy threats and best practices.
You will help build, nurture and empower the team to support continued growth in their careers.Work closely with other leaders in the company (legal, security, engineering, product) to ensure products are designed with privacy in mind.
Play a key role in driving cross-functional privacy reviews of products and features.Define and articulate a clear vision for privacy, and influence leaders across all of Pinterest to adopt a balanced view of product and privacy goals in overall decision-making.
Provide technical leadership to the team in designing and implementing algorithms and solutions to help enforce privacy practices with consistency and efficiency, at scale.
Lead, manage, grow and build the team by identifying, recruiting, and supporting privacy engineers at all levels.That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
