As a Manager in Training, you'll be responsible for leading a team, coaching and training staff, and championing a world-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver high levels of customer service
- Coaching and training staff to achieve sales targets
- Merchandising and maintaining store displays
- Preparing food and beverages
- Cleaning and maintaining store facilities
- Generating sales leads for the fuel card team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience
- Proven track record of delivering results and leading a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT literate
