Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team and making decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Coaching and training staff to achieve high levels of customer service
- Merchandising and maintaining store displays
- Preparing food and beverages
- Cleaning and maintaining store facilities
- Generating sales leads for the fuel card team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience
- Proven track record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve high levels of customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT literate and able to use technology to drive sales and customer satisfaction
