About the Role
The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing rosters, stock takes, and HACCP records, and ensuring all policies and procedures are being adhered to.

- Ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Direct the day-to-day work performed in all areas including quality, standards, cleanliness, customer liaison, security, and maintenance
- Have high attention to detail
