Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience leading and delivering projects in the UKI market, with experience in private and public sectors.
- Strong Program and Project Management skills, including PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and technical certifications (TOGAF, CISSP, CISM).
- Experience in managing client relationships, people development, coaching, and mentoring.
- A proven delivery track record leading Transformation Programmes.
- Previous Consulting/Client Facing experience.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industry sectors, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, and Healthcare.
