We are seeking a Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to manage the closed-end fund accounting process. This role involves managing a team, client relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Private Equity team, including capital call and distribution processing, investor allocations, and performance reporting.
- Prepare net asset value calculations and financial statements, and manage ad-hoc client and investor reporting.
- Develop and improve workflows and procedures, and review fee calculations and profit and loss allocations.
- Manage the audit process, including preparation of fund financial statements, and investigate accounting implications of new investment products.
- Manage client onboarding and transitions, and participate in the development and presentation of fund accounting training.
- Manage private equity recruitment and performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business degree with a minimum 2.2 honors degree.
- Intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA), if not already started, part-qualified or qualified.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a fund administration firm, with at least 3 years at supervisor level.
